anyway
i want you to tell me.
i took the picture from a magazine. painted right over it, none of the original picture is showing and i didnt paint it exactly like the photo. i changed the colors and everything about her, really. then i put it on the canvas, the black was dry and the white/creamy stuff is acryllic and glue.
so tell me. can i call this my own?? i'm not selling it or anything.

I'd say it's your own. Inkers and vector artists create new art using something else all the time. The initial form may be from a magazine, but no matter how true you're being to the first work, something changes. Here, you can't even see the magazine. So, yeah. It's definitely yours. Good on ya.

umm....it's your own rendition of a picture... meh I'd say mine lol ^^; neway it's lovely! you're right, she does look like a bitch, kind of like she's being cheated on or something...she's mad, lol HOWEVER, that doesn't stop it from being awesome ^^ lol

She truely does look barkable, and I wouldn't like to get bitten by that furry critter you have so cooly depicted here. The hair is top notch sweet!
But the eyes! oh those eyes! They make here seem arrogant and hiding (like the mask piece's underlying message!) OMG!!
